Full Facility Rental

Information

    • We rent our entire facility for any occasion.
    • 24-35 people $230 per hour if minimum 24 is met.
  • Minimum 24 people, additional $20 per person for any booking not meeting the minimum 24. example, book 24 and 18 show up, you will be paying $20 x 6 for the 6 person shortfall, an additional $120.
  • Maximum building capacity of 35.
  • We allow and encourage outside catering for facility bookings to support local businesses. Additional tables for food set up is included in our facility rental fees.
  • We have rental clubs for both men and women that are available for $30 per set, but do encourage customers to bring their own. It’s as real as it gets so come like your going to the golf course.
  • Minimum 50% deposit of your facility rental rate is required upon booking to reserve your date and time.
  • We are fully licensed ALL AGES facility and provide you a full feature bar of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment.
